The complete checklist of documents needed to register a Private Limited Company, LLP, or OPC in India.

For Indian Directors/Partners

✓ PAN card (mandatory)
✓ Aadhaar card
✓ Passport-size photograph
✓ Latest bank statement or utility bill (address proof, not older than 2 months)

For Foreign Nationals (if applicable)

✓ Passport (mandatory, notarised/apostilled)
✓ Address proof from home country (notarised/apostilled)
✓ Visa/OCI card if applicable

For Registered Office Address

✓ Utility bill (electricity/water/gas, not older than 2 months)
✓ Rent agreement (if rented) or ownership proof (if owned)
✓ No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner

Company-Specific Documents

✓ Memorandum of Association (MOA)
✓ Articles of Association (AOA)
✓ Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all directors
✓ Director Identification Number (DIN) for all directors
